These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the arthursmith.dev website (the "Website") and all macOS apps published under the Arthur Smith brand (the "Apps"). By using the Website or downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Apps
The Apps are utilities for macOS. Some are free, and some are paid one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions. Features, pricing, and system requirements are described on each App's product page.
3. Purchases
All purchases are processed by our authorized resellers and merchants of record, Gumroad or Paddle, who handle checkout, billing, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment disputes. Your purchase is also subject to the terms of the platform you buy from.
4. License
When you download or purchase an App, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Apps, and you may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer them except where permitted by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property
The Apps and all content on the Website (including icons, text, images, and videos) remain the property of Arthur Smith. No rights are granted to you other than the license described above.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and the Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to an App or the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the App. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these exclusions or limitations, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
