How to Request a Refund
Purchases are processed by our merchants of record, and refunds are issued by the platform you purchased from:
- Gumroad: reply to your Gumroad receipt email or use the refund link in it.
- Paddle: visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
You can also simply contact us with the email address you used at purchase, and we will take care of it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
Free Versions
Free apps and free versions require no purchase, so no refund applies. We encourage you to try the free version of an app, where available, before upgrading.
